Over the past years, Peter worked for international advisory firms in Luxembourg, New York, and London. As a partner, he advised on a portfolio of national and international companies from the financial and investment fund industry. Peter's expertise lies in providing national and international tax advice and tax structuring services.

Harald Strelen is Assessor iur., holds a Master of Laws and Master of Science in Banking & Finance and has more than 12 years of international experience. Following his studies and numerous positions with international law firms in Cologne, Germany and Brussels, Belgium, he pursued his career in Luxemburg, serving as head of the capital market and investment fund business of a bank. Harald then joined a German private bank based in Luxembourg and was responsible for structuring Alternative Investment Funds and securitization vehicles. He specializes in investment solutions for illiquid assets for both institutional and professional investors.

Michael Löb is a graduate in banking (Bankbetriebswirt). He began his professional career 23 years ago at a cooperative custodian bank in Luxembourg. During his past professional experience holding positions at banks and financial institutions, he specialized in setting up and structuring new business segments as well as restructuring and reorganizing existing business units and their operations. 

Starting in 2007 as a senior manager, he helped develop the capital management company Assenagon Asset Management S.A. As of 2011, he then acted as Managing Director for that company and was responsible for the Legal, Risk, Finance, HR, and Portfolio Operations departments. 

In June 2014, Michael assumed the position of CEO at BHF-Bank International and was in charge of the divisions Custodian Bank, Treasury, Private Banking, Legal and HR.
